Patrick Schuette is a highly skilled litigator who focuses his practice in mortgage foreclosures, contract actions, real estate, and collections.  Prior to joining Cohen Jutla Dovitz Makowka, LLC, Mr. Schuette represented banks and mortgage servicers in mortgage foreclosures, evictions, and housing court litigation. Mr. Schuette currently handles cases throughout the Chicagoland area, including Cook, Lake, DuPage, McHenry, and Kane Counties.  Mr. Schuette was recently honored by being named a Rising Star in 2019 by Illinois SuperLawyer.

As a litigator, Mr. Schuette develops his strategies on a case-by-case basis through focusing on each client’s goals. Mr. Schuette uses these strategies to assist clients seeking settlements, resulting in clients obtaining loan modifications, payment plans, and personal deficiency judgment waivers.  Because Mr. Schuette is experienced in
handling appeals, trials, depositions, and evidentiary hearings, Mr. Schuette also uses these strategies to obtain successful results for clients in court.
